Energy Shield Insulation

Celtic Hot Tubs are built to operate efficiently and at the lowest cost possible. The backside and bottom of the tub’s interior is covered with a thick layer of closed cell foam and we install a double sided reflective heat wrap around the outside frame. This keeps the water warm, and the freezing weather out. The bottom of the tub and frame is covered with a moisture proof sheet of high density polyethylene plastic. Celtic Hot Tubs also feature a 4″ to 3″ tapered foam cover which allows the rain water to run off and is thick enough to stop any heat loss from the water. The WeatherShield cover is wrapped with a polyester fabric 70% lighter, 5 times stronger and will never “cold crack” as does marine grade vinyl as it ages.

Celtic Shield™ Interior

HDPE – High density polyethylene plastic is known for its outstanding strength and has a high-impact resistance. It is extremely weatherable and will resist fading and discoloration. Unlike high gloss acrylic finishes, the Celtic Shield™ Shell has a soft touch slip resistant surface. This surface is an added safety feature and is the best way to prevent any slips or falls for both kids and adults. You’ll also enjoy the way it hides fingerprints and water spots.

Turboboost Whirlpool Therapy System

Celtic Hot Tubs feature the Turboboost Whirlpool Therapy System with eight uniquely different size and styles of therapy jets. These are positioned to work together to deliver a heated massage to relax sore muscles. Activate the Turbo Boost Whirlpool jets to create a true whirlpool of rotating water.
